• Deposits may be non-refundable; please refer to your specific contract.

• By booking Bubbs Coffee for an event, you agree that we may take photos and/or videos of our cart and setup during your event for marketing purposes. We will not intentionally feature identifiable guests without consent (see contract for details).

5. Intellectual Property

• All content on this website, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Bubbs Coffee and may not be used without permission.

6. Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bubbs Coffee is not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our website or services.
